Terms & Conditions

Each order is dyed just for you. Please remember, this is custom dye work, it takes time to create these wonderful colors for you and your customers. We dye by hand in small quantities. Each skein of yarn is unique.

Orders – Prepaid

We are a small business like many of our customers. We want to spend our time dyeing yarn for you so our terms are prepaid: credit card or check. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Orders – Deposits – Cancellations

1. New customers will be asked to pay a 25% deposit on their initial order.

2. You should be prepared to pay for your order when it is ready to ship. Orders not paid for within 10 business days will be cancelled.

3. Custom color orders must be paid in advance.

4. Deposits are not refundable.

5. It is not our policy to accept returns except for manufactured defects. Check your yarns immediately upon receipt of your order and contact us within 15 days if you have any questions.

Prices:

Prices are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the current price at the time your order is shipped plus the cost of freight to you. Freight includes insurance for invoice price of your yarns. Orders are FOB Claudia & Co. workshop.

Dye Lots:

We make every effort to maintain consistency, every dye lot is different and there are variations within a dye lot. Each skein is unique. Have your customers purchase enough yarn. Remind your customers that they can change the look by knitting with 2 skeins at the same time alternating every 2nd row.

Creative Desires:

I am happy to have you suggest color combinations which you want, and may not currently be present in the line. Thank you for sharing your love of yarn and color with us.
